Great service. But was told I have to pay a 3% fee if I use a credit card, which is ridiculous bc Mastercard and Visa tends to charge less than 3%. What if I had a GM credit card, id be 100% discouraged from ever using it.

Very good and fast service

Everyone was friendly and professional when I was there. Jennifer greeted me as soon as I walked in the door. Within 5 minutes of explaining I was texting with Brandon she was able to get me into a car and go for a test drive. She was easy going and relatable. Was able to answer all my questions. Would recommend her to anyone that would go there.

The appointment for the Oil change went ok. When I got home, I checked the oil and it was way high. More than it should have been. I called and told the service man, and he said to come in. They had to take out about a quart of oil. They should be more careful. If I didn't check it myself, This could have damaged the engine. I have read reviews that people are having problems with work done on cars. It takes me a half hour to get to the dealership/..Was there for an hour and a half.. and another half hour home. So, This first time free oil change.. cost me more with the time and traveling. Not happy.

I dropped my car off the afternoon before around 4pm. When I picked it up the next day I noticed most of my change was stolen and after I looked closer at home a pair Nike Jordon’s were also gone
