The standard engine for the Chevrolet Blazer is a 2.0L four-cylinder producing 228 horsepower and 258 lbs. ft. of torque paired with a nine-speed transmission. With a 0-60 time of 7.0 seconds, the four-cylinder gets 27 MPG.
A more powerful option is the 3.0L V6, which produces 308 horsepower and 270 ft. lbs. of torque paired with a nine-speed transmission. The more power V6 gets 24.0 MPG and has a 0-60 time of 6.7 seconds. The V6 is standard on the RS and available on the 3LT and Premier.
