Performance
The engine on the Traverse is a powerful 3.6L V6 that delivers 310 horsepower. The Traverse is large but maneuvers easily on the road with excellent steering and suspension. The Traverse has automatic stop/start and selectable driving modes.
Front-wheel drive is standard, with all-wheel drive available. The Traverse has an off-road driving mode that delivers torque to the rear wheels, and a tow/haul mode adjusts the transmission while towing. The Chevy Traverse can tow up to 5000 pounds when outfitted with the trailering package.
Roomy Interior
The 2022 Traverse seats up to eight people and has plenty of room to spread out. The Traverse has three rows, and the second row slides out for easy access to the third row and the rear cargo area. The interior also has hidden storage behind the infotainment center screen that’s great for securing small personal items.
There’s also generous cargo space with a maximum 98.2 cu ft of space with the second and third rows folded down. There is also a rear-floor compartment with additional storage.
Infotainment System
